Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Miami Law Firm AI is software for legal professionals. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Miami Law Firm AI provides a workspace with AI-assisted features — including client intake, document drafting and review, matter organization, timelines, and deadline assistance — for solo attorneys and small law firms. Features may change over time; we will describe what is included on the pricing page.

Attorney review required

Everything the AI prepares is labeled “Draft — requires attorney review.” You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is used, sent, or filed. Extracted deadlines are presented as potential deadlines and must be confirmed by an attorney. You remain solely responsible for your professional obligations, including competence, confidentiality, and supervision.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • You must be a licensed legal professional (or staff working under one) to use the service.
  • Keep your login credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other firms’ data, no abuse of AI features.

Billing

The plan is $159/month per attorney seat, billed monthly through Stripe. You may add or remove seats at any time; changes are prorated. You may manage payment details or cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal. There is no annual contract. Monthly usage allowances (AI processing tokens, transcription minutes, document storage) are shown on the pricing page and in your usage dashboard.

Your data

You retain ownership of your firm’s data. You can export it at any time. To request deletion, contact us from within your account. We never use your data to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After cancellation, your data is retained for a limited period so you can export it, then deleted on request.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted with a new date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
