Miami Law Firm AI is a workspace for legal professionals. Because our customers handle client confidences, we keep data handling simple and conservative: your firm’s data belongs to your firm, it is never sold, and it is never used to train AI models.

What we collect

  • Account information — your name, email, and password when you sign up, plus your firm’s profile details.
  • Firm data — the matters, contacts, documents, tasks, notes, and other content your team adds to the workspace.
  • Billing information — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage records — aggregate counts such as AI tokens used and storage consumed, used to enforce plan allowances and keep the service running.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: running your workspace, processing AI requests against your own documents, billing your subscription, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your firm’s data to train AI models.

How data is protected

  • Documents are stored privately, with downloads access-controlled to your firm’s authorized team members.
  • Each firm’s data is kept separate from other firms’ data.
  • AI-generated content is always labeled “Draft — requires attorney review” before it leaves your workspace.
  • Billing is handled by Stripe; card details go directly to their systems.

We do not claim third-party security certifications — the list above describes what the product actually does today.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the product (for example, payment processing and email delivery), and only the data each provider needs. We do not share firm data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights and data deletion

You can export your firm’s data at any time from within the app. To request correction or deletion of your firm’s data, contact us from within your account — we will confirm once the request is complete.

Attorney responsibility

AI features assist with preparation only. Everything the AI prepares requires attorney review, and attorneys remain responsible for compliance with their professional obligations, including duties of confidentiality and supervision.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note the new date above and, where appropriate, notify account owners in the app.
